Product Use
MeshTec goggles are designed to help protect your eyes while mountain biking, dirt biking, and other off-road activities. No protective eyewear can eliminate all risks associated with these activities.
You are responsible for ensuring that your goggles fit properly, are in good condition, and are suitable for your intended use.
Assumption of Risk
Mountain biking, dirt biking, motocross, and similar activities involve inherent risks, including the risk of serious injury or death.
By using MeshTec products, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks associated with these activities.
Limitation of Liability
You use MeshTec products at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MeshTec, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including personal injury, property damage, or financial loss, arising from the use or misuse of our products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
Warranty
MeshTec products are covered only by the 30-Day Limited Warranty described in our Refund & Return Policy.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, images, product designs, graphics, and text, is the property of MeshTec and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
Pricing & Availability
We reserve the right to change product pricing, availability, or specifications at any time without prior notice.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada.
