Refund & Return Policy

At MeshTec, we stand behind the quality of our products. Every pair of MeshTec goggles is backed by a 30-Day Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects.

30-Day Limited Warranty

If your goggles have a manufacturing defect within 30 days of receiving your order, we'll inspect the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement or another appropriate solution at our discretion.

To begin a warranty claim, please contact us at support@meshtecgoggles.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product.

Returns

Returns are accepted only for approved warranty claims covered under our 30-Day Limited Warranty.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong item
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic damage caused after use
  • Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or improper care

Warranty Exclusions

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by crashes or impacts
  • Improper use or modification of the product
  • Normal wear from regular riding
  • Lost or stolen items

Shipping

Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon by MeshTec. If a warranty claim is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product if required.
